The second game saw a great pitcher’s duel between Skelton and Robinson. Andy Skelton overpowered Tribe hitters all game, throwing a 1-hitter with 16 strikeouts picking up the win. Brad Robinson countered with a 2-hitter of his own over 7 innings, keeping Owen Sound hitters off balance most of the game. The game’s only run was scored off a 2-out double by Matt Lyon in the 4th, scoring Ben Wideman who had reached base on a HBP. |
